The Palace of St. Michael and St. George is a palace in the town of Corfu on the island of Corfu.
Commissioned by Sir Thomaw Maitland, it originally served as the residence of the British Lord High Commissioner of the Ionian Islands during thw British rule of the islands (1815-1864). It was built between 1819 and 1824, to a design of Colonel George Whitmore.
Today the Palace houses the Museum of Asian Art of Corfu which is the only museum of Asian art in Greece.
