It has a big garden and a threshing floor which is preserved in<br \/>\nits initial shape. It is located 15 km far from the city of Lefkada, in the mountainous region of<br \/>\nthe island, very close to the old, traditional and quiet villages Alexandros and Kolyvata.<br \/>\nAlexandros has recently been characterized as a traditional settlement by the Greek state.<br \/>\nThe houses are in balance with the local scale, integrated in the landscape, and reflect the<br \/>\narchitecture of the region.
