The Hellenic Film Commission (HFC, a Directorate of the Hellenic Film Center (EKK), within the framework of the 63rd Thessaloniki Film Festival, held on 8/11/2022 the event entitled “The public sector goes… to the cinema”.
The conference, which the Ionian Islands Film Office attended by invitation, referred to the challenges and issues that arise during the attraction, preparation and implementation of foreign and Greek productions throughout the Greek territory in relation to licensing etc., to the institutional and legal framework within which the State and its officials operate to serve these productions, as well as to the mediating role of the Hellenic Film Commission of the Greek Film Center and the Regional Film Offices in Greece.
